JDT系列五槽式超声波清洗机系统本系列的清洗系统具有以下特点：

1、 全不锈钢结构，外型美观大方，结构紧凑合理。

2、 设置液位安全控制系统，确保设备正常工作。

3、 设置过滤系统，保证溶液清洁度。

4、 加热及自动恒温系统，恒温范围为20℃-90℃(可调)。

5、 以水剂加热适量清洗剂作为清洗溶液，成本低，工艺成熟。

6、 独特的溢水口设计，保证有足够水位，且不断把浮在水面上的脏物溢出。

工艺流程：超声清洗→超声清洗→超声漂洗→超声漂洗→热风干燥
